The Ministry of Health has published, for the third consecutive year, the guide ‘Mealtime’ in order to promote healthy eating among the Andalusians. This document is presented as a useful tool to facilitate the programming menu for healthy, balanced population. This is one of the actions to be carried out within the Plan for the Promotion of Physical Activity and Balanced Diet launched by the Government of Andalusia in 2004.
These diets are designed to be made by any person, except those who have any medical contraindications, which in this case, you should discuss it with your family doctor. This guide has been developed for people who do not want simply to eat a diet basics, although it requires an effort because it is based on the principle ‘that something wants something hard but the good thing is that it costs as little as possible ‘.
The menus, which have different options for lunch and dinner Monday to Sunday for eight consecutive weeks, are calculated to make them who consume about 1,500 calories a day, spread throughout the day. This includes a wide variety of foods cooked in different ways.
